Perfect for families is our small house with bed and breakfast, also with small children! A manageable number of rooms and so few guests offer security, even if the children sleep in the room next door. Our generous, elegant rooms are equipped with shower and WC and have a balcony with a view of the charming mountains of the Stubai Valley.

The cozy seating area invites you to relax - whether watching TV or surfing with free Wi-Fi. The modern bathroom has hand and bath towels as well as a hair dryer to make your luggage a little lighter. Hand towels and bath towels are changed daily.

A special highlight is our daily breakfast buffet with in-house and regional products. If you want, you can also prepare your own meals during the day. There is a small cooking area as well as a shared fridge in the breakfast room.

For childrens’ enjoyment there is a play area inside the house and a playground in the garden, while the adults can enjoy the relaxation area. Here you can immerse yourself in books, enjoy "huangarten" with each other and catch plenty of evening sun!
