The hay harvest has started
Fresh grass and herbs now become winter fodder for our animals
Our fields are mowed two or three times and the finest hay is made from the grass. The steps are important so that we have something to feed in the winter. We make 100% of our hay for the animals ourselves, which is obviously good for the animals!
