We, Bettina and Franz Siller, are the third generation to run the Hieserhof in the beautiful Neustift in the Stubai Valley. As a traditional Tyrolean family business, we still receive active support from Traudl and Franz Siller Senior. And our children also feel visibly comfortable in our "Hoamatl".
As passionate farmers, we attach great importance to the species-appropriate, natural rearing, care and care of our animals. Their diversity is rather unusual for a typical Tyrolean farm: We keep cows and calves, horses and a pony, chickens, our goat and our sheep and our lovley rabbits. Depending on the season, we also have two pigs on our farm.
Among other things, we feed our own, fragrant mountain hay, which is brought in from our feelds and our steep slopes as always and provides a lot of work. The whole family helps with the activities around the house and farm. Reliable cohesion and love of nature are immutable values that characterise our family life and the Hieserhof.
Just as much as our rural tradition, we focus on genuine Tyrolean hospitality..
„Griaß di" - Greetings, we say in Tyrol and this is how we welcome our guests. Tyroleans often refuse the „Sie“ (formal „you"), but certainly don’t refuse courtesy! The „Du“ (informal, friendly „you") is simply commonly used in our country - at least above 1,000 altimeters, it is said. And with 994 m Neustift is close to this border, close to the „Du".
The bed & breakfast has always existed at the Hieserhof, whereby we have over the years and generations - in the sense of our guests - focused more on a modern and comfortable as well as an unmistakable individual offer. Your very own holiday happiness and the fulfillment of your special wishes are dear to us!
We want you to feel like home from the beginning. You can get to know a piece of Tyrolean homeland and we would be happy if it also becomes your home. Our many regular and returning guests appreciate us as a unique holiday retreat.
We would also like to bring you closer to our agriculture. You can accompany us during our daily work, even lend a helping hand if you wish and we can also help you gain an authentic insight into life on a traditional Tyrolean farm. Also for adults and especially for children, there is a lot to learn and to discover.
